Welcome to our daily schedule and monthly calendar overview! Here, families can easily check our daily routine, weekly specials, and key recurring dates to keep our students prepared and organized every day in Ms. Lilly's classroom.
Our daily schedule
A predictable routine helps our classroom thrive and ensures every student feels confident throughout the day:
• 7:30 – 8:00 AM: Arrival and morning work
• 8:00 AM: Daily slides and community meeting
• Morning: Learning centers, followed by daily specials and lunch
• Midday: Math block and outdoor recess
• Afternoon: WIN time (What I Need computer practice for math or reading)
• Dismissal: Snack time, packing backpacks, and afternoon dismissal
Weekly specials rotation
Please keep this weekly rotation in mind so your child arrives prepared each morning with the appropriate items:
• Monday: Music
• Tuesday: Library (remember to pack library books to return!)
• Wednesday: Physical Education (wear sneakers or comfortable shoes)
• Thursday: STEAM hands-on learning
• Friday: Fun Friday activities and celebration
Assessments & monthly events
Consistent check-ins help us support each child's academic growth. Every Friday, students complete their reading assessment, math assessment, and weekly spelling test.
